With the standard warranty, you pay to ship the Drobo to us and wait until we receive your Drobo and ship you a replacement.

With DroboCare, phone support is available 24x7, starting the day you activate DroboCare until the end of your coverage. With the standard warranty, phone support is provided only for the first 90 days following purchase and is subject to local business hours.

- Standard hardware warranty. You get 2-years of standard hardware warranty and 90 days of phone support with the purchase of your Drobo. It's free and you don't have to do anything—but we would like you to register your Drobo to make it easier for us to provide you with the best support.
- Standard hardware warranty + DroboCare. Purchase 1 year or 3 years of DroboCare at any time during your standard warranty period to get advanced hardware replacement and 24x7 phone support.
